2022 was a stellar year for French Tech. Stemming from President Macron’s 2019 pledge to turn France into an innovative hotbed, the French tech scene shone brightly. A company riding high on this success was Platform.sh. Platform.sh was in need of a PR partner that could oversee and manage its global communications strategy across its key markets: France, Germany, the UK and the US.


Platform.sh is a unified, secure, enterprise-grade PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) for building, running and scaling applications. It has found global success by removing the pain associated with these activities for its clients. As a result, Platform.sh’s responsible cloud platform has been adopted by large organisations worldwide such as Adobe and Nestlé.

CCGroup needed to increase awareness of, and establish thought leadership stances for, Platform.sh in France, Germany, the UK and the US among developers, Heads of Development, CTOs and CIOs. Acting as the “hub” agency, CCGroup needed to take the lead on content development and strategy.


To achieve success, CCgroup set plans and strategy for PR and communications to be used across the key regions, including topics and themes, a Series D funding announcement and global campaigns. All this was generated in partnership with local teams to make sure they resonated with audiences. Content was developed and shared with each team for their local PR activities, with CCGroup managing the implementation and the day-to-day activities of the local teams, consolidating all the reporting for the client.
